Why design a new diesel hot water boiler?
Over the years we have stopped manufacturing stand-alone boilers because they were just not reliable enough.
Our design team identified that the old boiler designs often scaled up in a matter of weeks because internal coil dimensions were just not big enough.
That’s where our spare parts department shined. With global buying power, they researched and found a great quality Italian-made boiler which has 1/2″ coils!
Which means the issue of blocked coils scaling up is now exponentially reduced. Giving the pressure cleaner user a coil and boiler you can rely on.
The newly designed unique stand-alone boilers will compliment our robust range of pressure washers. Now you have the choice to use hot water when you need it for degreasing, tough cleaning challenges or disinfecting purposes.
What makes these boilers different and better?
We’ve designed two different boiler versions:
The 240 Volt version
The 240 Volt power is required to drive the fan motor and diesel fuel pump and ignition electrodes.
This unit can be wired straight into the control box of our popular Washmate-4 model.
These types of AC hot box boilers and Washmates can be used in many wash bays like:
- Truck washes
- Mine sites
- Oil rigs
- Equipment rental companies
- and many other places.
The 12 Volt DC version
This units are really suited for mounting on a truck or trailer, which makes them highly portable.
Designed with a 12 Volt fan motor and fuel pump. The unit gets this power from the engine driving the pressure cleaner (petrol or diesel).
It requires approximately 20 amps to run it. All you need to do is ensure your engine has got that extra capacity otherwise the battery will be drawn down and go flat.
The engine solenoids might need to be upgraded to deliver extra power to the unit.
