A tough, high pressure washer with awesome cleaning power and great pressure for cleaning heavy equipment, for surface preparation before painting, defouling and other difficult pressure cleaning tasks.

What is the differences between Industrial Spec and Rental Spec?
Rental Spec is a higher build spec and besides the same Honda engine, same Hawk pump and same by-pass valve, the Rental Spec also has the following:

• A water break tank - preventing pump cavitation and dry running
• A slave oil tank - which triples oil supply to the pump ensuring it is always well lubricated
• A very convenient, unbreakable, heavy duty hose reel built into the frame - galvanized
• The reel comes with 30 meters high pressure hose - but was designed to take up to 50 meters (The Industrial Spec only has 20 meters of HP hose)
• A stronger frame with even less vibration
• The chassis/frame is fully hot dip galvanized to prevent rust in a constant wet working environment

Does this make the Industrial spec a bad machine? Definitely not. Not everyone has the budget for the best. Compared to its rivals in the market, please consider the following:

• It comes with 20 meters hose on a convenient hose rack (most have 10 or 15 meters hose only)
• The by-pass valve is mounted on the frame - not connected to the pump. This reduces wear and tear through vibration, it increases the volume of water in by-pass which keeps the temperature down which can damage seals and it is a soft-acting (soft-trigger) by-pass valve - so no kick-back, no pressure spikes from the by-pass, and no pressure is stored in the hose when the trigger is released - making it safe for the operator and by-standers.
• Very Important: Both water supply in, and water pressure hose out are connected to fittings on the FRAME - not directly on the pump - so no pulling on pump fittings which can crack and break over time. This is a major and important advantage of our pressure cleaners.
• Hose is high quality, double wire R2 rated hose - thick walled rubber to resist abrasive concrete surfaces that it is dragged on.

(*EWP = Effective Working Pressure - a theoretical figure. Because the water stream from a turbo jet does not fan out and the force of the jet stream does not dissipate as is the case with a fan jet/nozzle, the concentrated pencil jet stream hitting the surface is equivalent to a cleaning effect around 60% higher than with a fan jet. And because the turbo nozzle /roto jet spins in a circular motion at a very high speed, it still covers the same surface area as with a normal fan jet/nozzle - so better pressure, ~60% better cleaning, same cleaning surface area, faster cleaning speed.)
