240 Volt Electric Powered fan motor and fuel pump, diesel fired vertical boiler to 90° Celcius - built to Rental Spec.
Rated up to:  4500 PSI 21 LPM

FEATURING NEW 1/2" coils (compared to 3/8" standard in the market) to avoid scaling up of coils. 

This unit is ideal to connect to existing pressure cleaners when hot water and heavy duty degreasing is required. Our factory set-up will be to your existing pressure cleaner's operating pressure and flow.

It can be connected into our existing Washmate-1, -3 or -4's pressure cleaners' control boxes and when the pressure cleaner is shut down, the boiler automatically shuts down also. Comes with 2 x 3meter HP connecting hoses and stainless steel fittings 3/8" M/F.

For TRAILERS & TRUCK mounting:
- Choose this AC model (on a vibration mounted sub-frame) when you will always have access to 240 volt generator or 240 Volt
 - Choose our Washmate Hot Box (HPB-45H-DC) model when the boiler draws power from the engine driving the pressure cleaner (Petrol or Diesel)- If we build it, we will ensure the engine is big enough to handle the extra load and charge the battery. Requires ~25 Amp to drive boiler and charge battery. If you want to add our boiler to your trailer or truck set-up, ensure you have ~20 Amp spare .

STANDARD SET-UP  
 Standard set-up is pressure set to your pressure cleaner, with temperature set to 65-70°C  Setting it slightly lower prevents scaling up and is usually hot enough for effective degreasing.
